Easy-to-use, low maintenance analyzer for
beverage grade CO2 and N2 impurity analysis.

MAX Analytical Technologies has been deploying FTIR gas analyzer technologies for numerous industries since 1992.  MAX Analytical is now deploying an easy-to-use, low maintenance analyzer for beverage grade CO2 and N2 impurity analysis called MAX-Bev™.

MAX-Bev™ couples the selectivity and sensitivity of FTIR gas analysis with UV fluorescence to monitor numerous common contaminants present in beverage grade CO2 and N2 down to single digit ppbv and lower.  The process FTIR analyzer is so rugged, accurate and precise that it will never require recalibration by the user and seldom require maintenance, significantly reducing operating costs.

MAX-Bev also is capable of measuring the bulk CO2 percentage to within one part in a thousand (99.9% +/- 0.1%).  No other commercial beverage gas monitoring technology on the market can measure the CO2 concentration while also monitoring for the impurities.  Additional impurities can be easily added as needed or requested without tedious calibration.

 

The MAX-Bev is designed to monitor multiple streams and can be switched from one source to another and measure the new stream in approximately 1 minute.
